Services

TREVEL provides cab-hailing, rental, and related transportation services through its owned fleet of vehicles (“Services”). Bookings may be made through the TREVEL app or website using online payment modes only.

User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law.

Account Registration

Users are required to register with accurate details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
• Payments shall be made through integrated payment gateways (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
• TREVEL reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of non-payment, suspected fraud, or unavailability of fleet.

Cancellation and Refund

• Users may cancel rides only in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy published separately.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a

User Conduct

Users shall not misuse the platform, including but not limited to, harassment of drivers, false bookings, or unlawful activity. TREVEL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in such cases.

Liability

TREVEL will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely and safe rides. However, it shall not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, breakdowns, or any events beyond reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the TREVEL platform are the property of Inwisment Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TREVEL and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
