TREVEL may cancel rides due to fleet unavailability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
If a user fails to show up at the pickup point without prior cancellation, no refund will be applicable.
