Refund / Return Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel bookings or request refunds.

Cancellation by User

  • Scheduled Rides :

    • Full refund if cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
    • No refund if cancelled within 3 hours of scheduled pickup.
  • Monthly Scheduled Rides :

    • Full refund if cancelled at least 1 day prior to the ride date.
    • No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date.
  • On-Demand Rides

    • No cancellation or refund once the ride is confirmed.

Cancellation by TREVEL

TREVEL may cancel rides due to fleet unavailability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

No-Show Policy

If a user fails to show up at the pickup point without prior cancellation, no refund will be applicable.
